EUREAU - European union of national associations of water suppliers and waste water services

The Hungarian Water Utility Association (MaViz) is a full member of the EUREAU since Hungary joined the EU in 2004, after having examined the activity of this European organization for years as an Observing Member.

In February 2005 the Board Meeting of the EUREAU took place in Budapest, organized by MaViz. The members of the board also had the opportunity to share their experiences with the directors and secretaries of Eastern European Water Utility Associations within the frames of a Get-to-Know meeting.

Next, in October 2006 the MaViz hosted the EUREAU1 Committee meeting in Budapest.

In October 2007 our Association is looking forward to greet the EUREAU2 Committee members in Budapest on their next meeting.
